Herbafertil is packaged in a cylindrical jute bag approximately 30cm long, approximately 14cm in diameter and weighing approximately 3.0 kg.

It is installed by drilling a hole in the root zone of the tree or shrub, approximately 2/3 of the distance from the center of the plant to the crown rim, by inserting the bag into the hole and watering it well, after which Herbafertil will expand approximately 10%. After installation, the bag must not be covered with soil because only an uncovered bag allows gas exchange in the root system.
